Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the notional website at notinal.xyz uses, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can: there are no accounts with passwords, and we do not sell data.

1. What we use

Your wallet address

When you connect, your wallet shares its public address with the Site. We use it to show your balance and to prepare the transactions you ask for. Wallet addresses and everything they do on HyperEVM are public on the blockchain for anyone to see; this is how blockchains work, not something we control.

Sign-in through Privy

Sign-in is provided by Privy, which verifies the message your wallet signs and keeps you signed in. Privy processes your wallet address and technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type to do this and to protect against abuse, under its own privacy policy at privy.io.

Choices stored in your browser

Your acceptance of our Terms and your cookie choices are kept in your own browser. They are described in the Cookie Policy and never sent to us.

Technical data from hosting

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the Site and protect it from attacks.

2. What we do not do

• We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
• We do not sell or rent information about you.
• We do not run advertising trackers.
• We do not run analytics unless you allow them in the cookie settings.

3. Why we may use it

We rely on what is necessary to provide the Site you asked for, on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure, and, for optional analytics, on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

4. How long it is kept

Choices in your browser stay until you clear them. Privy keeps sign-in records for as long as needed to provide sign-in and as its policy describes. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by Cloudflare. Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move personal data about you, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, contact us through the official notional accounts linked on the Site. Data held by Privy or Cloudflare can also be requested from them directly.

6. Children

The Site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process information about children.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
